For Personal Success Remember The Little Things

By admin | April 15, 2010

It comes down to the way you treat people, … When you treat people with dignity and respect all the time, you can work through anything.” – John Bacon

Little things mean BIG things to other people.

During the course of daily lives, we forget that the little things that we do like a heart felt thank you, saying “hi” or “hello”, greeting someone “good day” or telling a work mate “hey, I love your haircut!” are simple things that can mean so much to other people. You can change a bad day to a tolerable one with one positive, friendly gesture.

When we appreciate others and the things they do, we are  also appreciated by others.  So do the little things, everyday.

  • Little things mean BIG to other people. Sometimes, we don’t realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying “hi” or “hello”, greeting someone “good day” or telling Mr. Smith something like “hey, I love your tie!” are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we’re being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.
