Personal Success Requires A Lot Of Nonsense

By admin | February 28, 2009

“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, It’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, And that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.” – Dr. Seuss (Theodor Geisel 1904 – 1991) from Seuss-isms: Wise and Witty Prescriptions for Living from the Good Doctor by Dr. Seuss

We all take an occasional spill on the road to personal success

To attain the success that you desire and deserve, learn to laugh at yourself. Each of us is sooner or later going to be taken down a peg by one of life’s little ambushes. Did you slip and fall on your face in front of your colleagues? Drink too much at the Christmas Party? Shrug it off with a laugh. Share your embarrassment if you feel you must, but don’t obsess or complain about it.

Learn to have a laugh at your own expense. It happened. It’s over. Moving on is one way to achieve your personal success goals in life. Lighten up!

Wishing you a larger life,

BB
