Being authentic is one of my favorite subjects. Being comfortable with yourself makes other people comfortable, which improves your chances of achieving your goals in life. The more relaxed people feel around you, the more they’ll help you get what you want. Tap into your true self, beliefs, opinions, dreams and personal goals. Most people can sense when your putting on an act. William Shakespeare was right on the money when he wrote in ‘Hamlet,’ Act I, Scene iii “This above all: to thine own self be true; And it must follow, as the night the day; Thou canst not then be false to any man”. Share yourself with other people – honestly, gently, courageously. The more genuine you are, the more likely you’ll achieve your goals in life.
